Please let us know what CMS gives such result? Please try different CMS and let us know if you receive empty or small-size zips too.

Export making for wordpress. Interesting when make export from browser window in result have folder (not zip).

Hi,

Could you please attach the corrupted file that you get when exported.
Also try to completely reinstall the application and let us know if the issue persists. Maybe disabling anti virus, proxy and firewall applications will also help.
