Themler Registration issue

Hi,

Please find attached a screen copy of my registration page. There is no previous registration. I have been paying Artisteer license and renewing it every year until 2013. I paid the Artisterre license renewal yesterday and I am now willing to register into Themeler for the first time ever.

Please give me instructions to follow or fix it at your side.

Thanks for your support. I am still getting the same result, i.e. a message telling me that this serial number has already bee used... Can you provide details ?

Thanks for your last reply. The mail address you mention is the of my colleague Jérôme Bessout. So I suppose I can login using his mail address? Would you just tell me when Jerome did the registration on Themeler and if he paid on his side for Artisteer License renewal - if you know it.

You can do it with the permission of the email owner. And if you know the password.

Would you just tell me when Jerome did the registration on Themeler

The account creation date is 8-Jun-16

if he paid on his side for Artisteer License renewal

The license key is currently available until October 27, 2017

I am having similar difficulty registering Themler. I have entered the Artisteer license code and did not get to the second page. I am however able to get to the dashboard. Am I to obtain a different or another download with Themler or is it a part of Artisteer. Please advise.

I can see that the Themler subscription is applied to your account. You can now use the application with the same login details as in this support ticket. Please explain the issue in more details.
