I have tried installing themler on Mac (desktop version) and try as I might i cannot get a) a themler menu to appear on my Wordpress site; b) the desktop version to save any theme to a ZIP file (it says unable to save) or c) any pre-saved ZIP file to manually install on my site as it says CSS missing

Please can you refund me - I bought it last night and am massively disappointed :(

Sorry to hear this. It looks like theme for a wrong CMS was installed in Wordpress. Could you please try downloading the theme for "Themler for Worpress" from http://themler.com/download and install it on your host according to this instruction:

Let us know if there are any issues with this.
As for Themler for Mac and saving files. Please try the following:
1. Make sure to login in the top right corner to be able to save themes.
2. Try saving to some different location like desktop and let us know the result.
