here is another screenshot of my homepage.
It happens on scrolling UP SLOWLY and always at the same place. i.e. around the YOU'VE FOUND ME mark.
Ive actually just tried it in firefox too, and although it did not happen on scroll up, when I made my browser a bit smaller, it did the same thing. So it's happening in 2 different instances

A similar issue used to happen many versions ago, but now I cannot reproduce it with your website, neither in Chrome nor in Firefox, nor with the browser screen made smaller. Maybe you could specify please your screen resolution while browsing with Chrome so that I could try to reproduce it exactly?
