Cannot install new created wordpress theme

Hello,
i have buyed this software today and created a new theme for a wordpress installation.
When i export the theme as zip file with content and upload this to my wordpress installation i have the following error due the unzip process: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
I also cannot unzip the archive on my mac.
Whats the problem with the software?
I use macOS Sierra on a 2014 iMac.

Hi,

Please try to switch off all the proxy, firewall and anti virus applications before exporting the theme. Also try to reinstall the application completely.
