I want to buy the themler but it showing one year free update. What is after that. Do I need to renew it or it lifetime validity.

You buy a 1-year-license and after 1 year you won't receive any more updates but you will still be able to work with it.

After this you may extend your subsription or not. Themler can be used after the subscription has expired. This only includes Themler versions which were released before the subscription expired. All updates after the subscription expiration date are paid.
