Ok so basically I need to change the drop down arrows as well as just everything written in there... for example I would like to delete the third entry "Fujirock".

Hi,

The arrows are the bullets of the bullet list. It can be changed under the Design >> Bullet list >> Icon.
The text is the name of the menu items, that should be changed under the CMS admin panel in the corresponding module.

We managed to find out what the problem was. We created a new menu as you can see in the image. The only thing that we would like to change is the 2 sub-categories on the right need to be placed below the actual catergory. (in this case "Superhartgipse" and "fujirock" should show up below "modellherstellung". Themler only gives us the option to show it on the right or left side.
