I can't see System Fonts list, only web fonts and Google web fonts.

Please make sure that Flash in browser is not blocked on your side.
This may cause System Fonts to be hidden.

Flash on Google Chrome is enabled but I can not see the same fonts system.

do you mean that the option 'I font di sistema' does not open ? Or scroll does not work?
Please try to open Themler from differemt browser, e.g. FireFox and check this option. Does it work?

I had to open Themler in a normal window in Chrome - I was trying in Incognito mode.
Then in the address bar, manage blocking plugins > allow 127.0.0.1
Refresh the page and it should work now.
