Hello,

Are you trying to open Themler for Magento on Themler for Windows, Themler for Mac, or to install Themler theme on your localhost or hosted website? At what step does the issue appear?

Sincerely,
Nettie,

I am trying Themler for Windows. I re-install it many times but when I try to open the Magento first time it takes too long time and at the end show error. Execution time is more than 300 Seconds error.

But all other CMS working fine.

Hello,

Please try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall, and if the issue persists, while them being disabled, follow these steps:
1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer.
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".
3. Check if the following folders are still present:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and try to start with Themler for Magento and create a theme.
Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hi

I try the above step but the issue still exists. It is showing the same issue when I try to open Magento first time.

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\common\utility.php on line 35

I am using windows 10.

Hello,

Does the issue happen with a different CMS (like Wordpress or Joomla)? Could you please provide log file created with Themler Diagnostics Tool according to this instruction:

Thank you,

solved it by increasing timeout values in Themler/bin/php/php.ini

set

max_execution_time = 3000 (which was 300 before)

max_input_time = 6000 (which was 600 before)

i am pretty shure that smaller/other values could also solve it but i was lazy and just added a zero at each end ;-)

regards

oliver
