Google maps and Slideshow invisible on some Apple devices

I have created 3 independent websites with themler for Joomla, latest version. Testing them on my Ipad (which uses the latest updates of course), everything looks fine. But 3 of my customers told me indepently about their design, that on Windows the Google map is visible, Slider as well, but when checking the mobile version on Ipad or Iphone, both are invisible.

Is this a known bug and are you already working on a solution?

Hello Claudia,
the most probable reason of the problem on Home page is that Height of the Slider control is specified in "vh".
Please try to set it up in % or in pixels. It should help.
