Error message when importing Artisteer .zip into Themler

See attached file for the error message.

I have Artisteer 4.3.0.60902 version with Themler export capability. When I attempt to import the .zip file the error message pops up and won't let me import.

Please advise the solution.

Hello,

Did you please check the permissions for the folders mentioned in the error message? If the permissions are correct, please try re-exporting the Artisteer template with the following version:
www.artisteer.com/media/p4/files/Artisteer.4.3.0.60928.exe
And re-import it again. Please let us know the result.
