No, It's not possible to create such design in Themler, you can try to use any other slider plug-in.

I did it for test. Easy to make indicators like this, but forget about arrows.

I deleted it. It is very difficult to make spacing as on screenshot.
Use some Carousel plugin, there are plenty of them.
