How insert link in widget area

That should be done in WP. You can add widgets with the different links and assign each widget to the appropriate page in the widget options inside WP admin panel.

Use custom field in Posts and display dynamic values there. Then you need only one CMS control and one code snippet. And you have URL field in Posts/pages for links to enter values Try with ACF (Advanced custom fields) plugin, so there most simple and documented.

In case the issue is still actual for you please let us know what exact problem you have now with inserting or copying controls?
It'd be helpful if you attach here your theme exported with the options 'Include Themler' and 'Include Content'.
