When you open libroox.com in mobile and pick one product and check out you will lots of categories and others stuff comes in screen so I want this things to be come in drop down or responsive mode like that. You can see -www. jabong.com in mobile also.

The feature you're referring too should be a part of the module, not the sidebar.
Themler sidebar itself cannot be collapsed in the described way.

As I can see you hide the whole block in the phone mode. As alternative solution you can try adding one mode menu for Phone mode to the desired place in the Columns control you added for Phone mode.

Unfortunately Cart Link control does not support such feature.
