Problem with slider and different browsers

Hello,
I've got different visualization of the slider over browsers, as you can see in the attached image.
On Firefox I see a blank bar between top menu and slider, and on IE and Edge there's also a wrong valign in a menu.
I opened a private topic (n. 106889) providing backoffice access but you don't reply...
Can you please help me to fix this bug?
