can't install any theme, why?

I was very happy with Artisteer but unfortunately merged with Themler.
Now, I'm a member with Themler since 364 days, and never had a successful implementation.
It's time to renew nd I wanted to give one ore time chance to see if anything has changed.
Now, I can't install anything....I donwload Themler pages, and try to import zip files, it produces missing CSS file error.

I download Joomla templates and try to import, but I get only joomla templates are allowed.

Geezzz, can't do anything.

Anyone else is having similar issues?

Hello,

What exactly themes you have issues with? Are these default themes from themler.com or some themes from tempaltes.themler.com or themes exported with Artisteer?

Yes I know how you feel - too bad. I also have a paid subscription of Themler - bad decision - . I was not able to make one (1) template with this miserable program/COMPANY. My subscription is about to expire and I have no plans WHATSOEVER to renew it. On my part it was a total waste of money.

Can you imagine a software application with "absolutely" no written documentation? Unheard of. A whole lot of videos - yes. But videos are good ONLY in support of the WRITTEN word. Not the other way around.

I can not complain about the program. It all works perfectly. Sure, there are occasional mistakes, but the Themler team is always trying to eliminate these as quickly as possible.
