Posts section and individual posts have the same design in wordpress themes

Using the last version, If I have a design for the posts page, it applies too to the individual posts. (Post and posts are no more distinct)

Hello Patricia,
do you mean that changes made on Blog template appears at Post template?
Please try to click on 'Customize template style' option on Posts tab before editing it
