Hello Todd,

Thanks for such a detailed description in the video and for your kind words about our team.

1.First about the initial issue with the theme name. It looks like there is some confusion with theme names and path, that starts at the step you name the folder "auto" on your server (in the video 0:43). And then you rename the theme from Themler desktop as "Auto1" (1:30). Still the folder name that you upload to your server has the name "Auto", and this folder is put inside the "auto" directory. So the path auto/Auto is created for the theme, and this is the first moment that may have caused the issue. My suggestion number one is to put the theme folder directly into /themes directory and see if this helps.

Also, please note that on export the theme name is recorded in the theme, so the theme folder should has the same name while uploaded to WP. For example, I would recommend you to try exporting the theme from Themler let's say as "Auto1" and then unzip it and put the "Auto1" folder to the /themes directory of your Wordpress website - to avoid such issues. This is the second suggestion and should help in case the first one gives no result.

2.Relating the notification you got after reinstallation of "Themler for Windows". It seems that Themler was not removed completely previously, so some parts already exist. If you would like to try re-installing Themler completely (of any reason), please follow these steps:

1. Backup all theme folders somewhere on your computer (the path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\woocommerce etc.).
2. Uninstall Themler completely and also check the box for "Remove all CMS content".

3. Check if the following folders are still present:

   C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler
   C:\ProgramData\Themler

4. If they exist, remove them.
5. Reboot the machine after uninstalling Themler, so that all Themler services are removed for sure.
6. Download latest version of Themler for Windows from themler.com, install it and run.

3.As for the question in the second screencast. Basically, to use Themler, there are several options:

1. Install Themler. At http://themler.com/download choose a corresponding option - Themler for Windows or Themler for Mac. Just sign in, select CMS and create a theme. So in fact, you are working at a local server with sample content. You can export a theme at any time as .zip and install in your CMS and continue working at it or leave it as it is. It looks like this is the way you currently use.

   OR there is an alternative way.

2. Download default theme .zip. At http://themler.com/download choose CMS and click "Themler for [CMS name]" and install it in your CMS. Then select "Themler" in CMS admin and work at the theme.

About the difference between "Themler for Wordpress" and "Themler for wooCommerce". If you work with Themler desktop, unlike Themler for Wordpress, Themler for wooCommerce theme already runs in Wordpress with wooCommerce pre-installed and also sample wooCommerce products, categories, widgets added. This is some sample configuration and it can differ when you will work on your server. Also the theme includes ecommerce templates (like Products template, Shooping cart template, Product Details template) and ecommerce controls.
Both options have sample Wordpress content such as pages, posts, menu etc.

If you plan to use way 2 described above (to download a default Themler theme for Wordpress/wooCommerce, install it on your server and work on the theme there), then if you plan to use wooCommerce, download the theme for wooCommerce, it already has necessary ecommerce templates and controls.
