Hello,

By default the theme should be downloaded to the location defined for downloads for the Safari browser. It can be checked in Safari settings. If the theme does not appear at this location, please let us know.

Nettie,

I have done this.... is it right?
How To Install HTML Theme Without Themler

Open the theme in Themler for editing.
Navigate the File tab and select Export as ZIP.
Unmark the "Include Themler for customizing this theme" checkbox.
You will get the ready-to-use static HTML website which can be further uploaded to the webserver root or sub-directory.

Hello,

Please try the following:
1. Temporarily disable all browser add-ons for the Safari browser if there are any.
2. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.

As a temporary solution, you may copy the theme manually from the folder on your computer (the path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\html). You can zip the theme and install on your hosted website.

Nettie,

Hello,

I have just seen your latest post, and would recommend additionally to try exporting with Themler included. Let us know if there is any difference in this case - if the file is saved.
Also please follow the steps listed above.

Nettie,

Hi,

Now you have the folder with the HTML site, simply upload it to the hosting as a regular HTML document.

Sincerely,
Hella
