At what steps did you get this error adn where? After trying to edit the theme in Themler or right then in Prestashop admin? Is the issue reproducible with any other theme, for example, default Themler theme for Prestashop?

It was resolved changing the providerlog class in greenice module with another name like providerlog_green in each function and its working now. It was the first time i has this error about two modules of diferent company but with the same override class Function. Perhaps both function aré public and not prívate and this is the problem but i dont know. But if you want i can sent you the greenice module too see the conflict with your designerpreview module.
