how to change a section

Hello
Im using section ID 2742710 in wordpress
it's current order is web design/ consulting/ seo.
I would like to change the order around to SEO/ Consulting/ web
so far i have added a column, copied style then paste style in new column, moving the headers, separators and text. nothing lines up to match the others, its just a mess.
Please can you advise me on a quick fix or do i just re invent the wheel myself?
