Hello I want to put a joomla module position as background of the website. In this module I use a Component for slideshow, to have a slideshow as background of the entire site.
I tryed with an header transparent and the joomla position with negative margin on top.
I have two problems:

1) in chrome seems to work... but not in Firefox and Edge
2) I tryed to put the content in the internal pages hover the background, but it doesn't work... the content (with z-indez 100) is always under the joomla position...

Where is the mistakes?

The site is this: http://www.braccianositiweb.it/massimo

Hi,

FireFox works with negative margins in a different way. Please try a little different solution instead of the negative margin:

jpos-settings.png

It should work in all browsers.
As alternative solution you can also try absolute positioning.

Z-index works only when you specified a position for the control.

Please keep us posted about the progress.

Thank you,
Themler team
