Blank Screen with SSL Errors

I just started seeing this were Themler will not load and now these errors show up in the Console:

Application Cache Error event: Resource fetch failed (6) - themes.php:1 https://cstatic.billiondigital.com/themler/354/images/colorPicker/colorpicker_hex.png

Failed to load resource: https://cstatic.billiondigital.com/themler/354/start.js net::ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE

has anyone experienced this? i have 2 other sites on the same account that work fine.

Please try the following:
1. Clear cache:

2. Clear AppCache. Use Chrome browser for this:

3. Clear CMS cache.
If the issue is still present, please try also temporarily disabling third-party plugins and components for this website and let us know the result.

So i did one and two and now its shows as a broken SSL and works but still seems to have issues with the color picker Javascript. Currently there is no caching enabled on the site.
