Hello,

The theme is not exported or downloaded completely, that is why the archive is broken. Please try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall and also add-ons for the Chrome browser on your computer.
It can happen that antivirus or firewall are not disabled completely even if stopping them and are blocking/removing necessary files.
Please try to add the following folder to your antivirus/firewall white list:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Themler\
C:\ProgramData\Themler

and try to install and run Themler once again and export the theme.

As a temporary solution, you may copy the theme manually from the folder on your computer (the path is shown in the Theme Management screen after selecting some CMS, for example, C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\joomla). You can zip the theme and install on your hosted website.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Thanx for help but it still not working ...
I'm using Mac so I don't think that I have antivirus or fire wall ...
I temporary fix my problem by compressing the template inside ( themler/hd_data/templates) and it works ... ( thanks for that ) but stil my themler can't export as zip and when export is not installing as I sent you ...
I hope that you find a way to solve that in (Mac) not Windows ...
Regards...

Hi,

Sorry for the delay,
Did you try exporting themes into a different directory (on the desktop, for example)?
You may also try exporting themes from browser directly by the following URL:
http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_740294543/joomla/administrator
admin/admin

Thank you,
Themler Team

The same here. But with Win 10. ZIP File is corrupted on download. I tried to disable virenscanner and add Themler to the firewall rules but that don't work for me. Tried to change standard browser from Thunderbird to Chrom and Edge. Set Chrome back to factory settings. No change. Is there actual another solution as manual zipping the folder?

Hello,

Please try to open Themler through a browser using a link like this
http://127.0.0.1:29958/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/
The exact numbers are visible in Themler Live Preview.

Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export.

As a temporary solution, you may copy the theme manually from the folder with themes. Please click Go >> Go to Folder >> type ~/Library and ENTER >> Themler >> hd_data >> cms >> choose CMS and access the themes folder, copy the theme, zip it and install on your hosted website.

Sincerely,
Nettie
