Hello,

How can I fix the minimum width for being in laptop mode (ie below this width I should be in tablet mode) ?

Should I fix it in the general settings here ? If yes what settings should I enter ?
Will this setup affect the global CSS ?

On this screenshot you will see the limit width :

Below this width I should be with this menu view (tablet mode) :

Thanks in advance for your help and advise,
Best regards
Stéphane

Hi,

Unfortunately you cannot change breakpoints. The Laptop mode starts at 992px.
Here 970px is a maximum width of the sheet (boxed area, boxed content area) on laptop screens (992px-1199px).

Thank you,
Olivia

Thanks olivia,

But just why can't I change them ? Are they related to Bootstrap ? Elsewhere ?

Thanks in advance for your help and advise,

Thanks for your reply Hella,

That is really a bad new, who has fixed that a tablet starts below a 992px width ???
That does not correspond to any standard... even my smartphone has a greater resolution...
Standard resolutions are 1024, 1280px etc...

Letting us fix a menu behavior based on resolution that would be a great plus !
Maybe a suggestion to add to the evolution proposals... ?

How could I set this, overriding the bad Boostrap standards ?

Thanks in advance for your help and advise,
best regards
Stephane

Hi,

Please also note that you will need to edit those files each time you save or export the theme as they will be overridden by the default Bootstrap files.

Sincerely,
Hella
