Wordpress Mobile View not displaying

I am creating a new template for an existing Wordpress website below.

http://mustangequinetransport.co.uk

I have created a duplicate of the site above which is located below and activated the new themler template

http://mustangequinetransport.co.uk/new/

When you look on a PC the new template displays but when looking on my Android mobile using Chrome the mobile design that shows is a different template

Hi,

Looks like the site has some extension or something else that assigns the different thee for the mobile devices. Themler does not have such functionality.
