Submenus not clickable, they are behind the post

Ik can not click third and fourth submenu items, as they appear to be behind the post. I changed the section of the menu to relative and the z-index to 1000 (as read in another post) but that does not fix it.

Oh, I changed the z-index to 1 and the position to relative of the whole header. This works.
