buttons half in a slider

Hi,

I'm attaching an example of the Section with 5 columns and negative margin. Please put it below the Slider or something to see the result.

how can i get the section in the template

i put a negativ marge to the section, but it increase, may be i have to put a number to the z-ndex. But it doesn't work.

Add blank or any other section and then use the load option to import the section from the attached .zip file.

Sorry a get a error message. It's a joomla site Maybe some more explanation. The slider is in the header, the columns not.

The client want to have the 5 squares ( with the buttons attachment 1 ) half in the slider ( just like the squares in attachment 2) So i change the margin from the section with the squares negative but the section don't go above the slider.

please export the theme with options 'Include Content' , 'Include Themler...' and attach it here. Note that page name where you'd added the 5 squares.

Hello Kris,
please follow the steps:
1.remove empty Section located right under Header;
2.select the Section with columns and set its background color to transparent
3.open the Section options and set
Position: relative
z-index:1000

4.set margin-top of this section to negative value, e.g.
-50px

5.select Columns one by one and specify the background color

You commonly take some high value so nothing else will be greater and could overlap it.
