Input Bar Appearing above module

I'm using the Gtranslate Joomla module to translate my website. I placed a joomla position in the top right header, applied the GTranslate module, but for some reason there is an input bar above the flags. The template appears to be including it. If I change the Themler Template's input CSS, the bar changes...but it shouldnt appear at all and does not on other sites not using themler.

    display: none!important;
}
