Template Won't Open

Hello. I purchased an Artisteer template but unable to open in Artisteer because the zip download doesn't contain a .artx file within. I am running software version 4.2 so not sure why it will not open.

Hello,

Please try to rename ZIP into ARTX, e.g. test.zip --> test.artx
IE browsers convert ARTX into ZIP during download so it's necessary to convert it back in order to use in Artisteer. Other browsers do keep the extension ARTX - so please try using FF or Chrome for future.

That did the trick. I would recommend adding that info on the downloads or simply attaching a ReadMe file. Thanks.
