as I understand you're talking about lightbox functionality.
Now the lightbox option is available for the Post Images only.
If you want to add lightbox for the Image control (static image) you may look for ready solution and we'll help you to incorporate it into Themler theme.

I'd recommend that you look for ready to use HTML solutions on web and incorporate them into Themler site. Here is couple of example found by Google
