Hello,
actually it is not Themler functionality. The Print is standard Joomla option which could be enabled in the article options. As for print to PDF and send to a friend, Joomls extensions should be used for it.
The same about VirtueMart WishList - we'd recommend that you use special Joomla extension for it.
