the apache Document Root begins at "/themes/'THEMENAME'_Home", but the manifest file begins directory previously.

removed from apache:
apache ErrorDocument 404 http://www.HOST.com

So I had casually put an 404 referrer .. again removed this, and it works good again.

The numbers are different for each Themler installation. The exact number can be found here:
c:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_[these_numbers]\

There is no difference whether you start Themler Desktop or http://localhost:12080/themler_1911410065/startup/ page in browser. Themler Desktop includes browser and it opens the same. You just do not see the address.

We'll check the reported issue. In the meantime please use Themler in browser using the provided link if it works ok on your side.
