Themler Desktop issue

I still can not login to WP admin it will not let me. As for problem number two it was resolved by me having to get someone else to fix it and they charged me. Which I am not happy about, Because I have support here and I should not have had to wait over a week to get an answer. Which I am still in the same position because themeler for wordpress is still not working. I spent money for me to use this once is not kool. Now if I need to make more edits I can't because themeler is not working. Please advise or I want a refund. I never had issues with Artiseer so this is very disappointing.

I'm terribly sorry for delay, it was caused by New Year holidays.

Please let us know what exactly happens when you're trying to log in to WP admin back end using admin/admin credentials?
If you want to provide a large video please upload it to any file sharing server

Ok at one point I was able to view and edit themler on my desktop. Now after I click on the themler icon and click on wordpress its asking me to login to a wp-admin. It never did that before. I believe I send images to show what it is doing.
