I was reading this topic and was shocked. Seems like you didnt learn anything. I don`t wanna be mad, but let me be honest.
Communication and transparency should be the most important things for a company. No matter how good a product is, it is only bought and recommended if the customers are satisfied. If this is not your strategy, I must unfortunately tell you that you still have to learn a lot.
I hope that you have something like project management. If this is the case, there will probably be tasks and milestones. And these should be provided with a date. So you only have to take this Gannt chart, and break it with your customers. You have everything, why don't you use it.
If you do not have project management ... I would not have words.
If it is because you are afraid to admit delays, I can take care of you all. Not the delays are a problem, but the lack of communication and information.
Empty promises are the worst. Above all, if you have to read three times exactly the same answer within one month: "The next update should be released approximately within 2 weeks".
Themler, please take these suggestions to heart, learn from them, do not only improve themler, but also your company mentality.
Use the social media, your customers are always online, give your customers insight into progress, goals, delays and show that we are important to you.
Finally, I would like to thank you once again for the work done so far. Please take my words to heart, because I believe I speak in the name of the whole community.
