Dear Support Team,

Hope all of you are well. For a longtime we can not see any new update notice, even don't see any beta update. We can see many member daily arise many issue that need to be fixed or need to bring new feature. What's your planning about new update?

Hello,

You said that the update would be there in one or two weeks, three weeks after always nothing.

In addition it will be an update that will simply fix the bugs?

When is an upgrade with new features?
When is the visual editor for Wordpress and Joomla?

I'm very disappointed with Themler's path, you promise a lot but do not do anything.

While browsing the forum, full of topics where you say you put the desired features in the wish list, but this list serves what?

As an example the most voted functionality is the Animated resizing header on scroll, the topic date of two years and NOTHING !!!

Many other subjects are not dealt with, all you say is voted if you are interested, but even by voting it does not change anything.

I wonder if you have the capabilities to support a project like this.

Frankly it's been a few months already that I no longer use Themler, and if this continues I will never use it again.

A customer very disappointed. (Yet really conquered the beginning of Themler)

Linkebel I fell the same way as you. This is the most unsupported theme frameworks I every used. Lots of money but no real upgrades no Visual client editor that would and should be there first thing they did that would change the game for wordpress frameworks. I used it a few times but just started using other thing. I got away from themler and not going to re upgrade again . $100 I can put that to other Frameworks.

I think they stop supporting the product. Last update was September 2016 & now January 2017, all most 6 months is gone without any update. So, we can not hope any new update for next 6 months.

You are aware they cannot keep changing TH every month forever ? Or every 2 weeks as in the beginning.

But I do agree they make same mistake as with Artisteer. They need to communicate things better with customers.

  • What will be added (from wishlist).
  • When will be added, how many % is finished.
  • If they dont work on something (not a single line of code is done) they should tell it directly.

  • Now this specific issue with update, they should make a list what they plan for next update. I have not seen it and they had 6 months to write it (list).

It's a really nice tool but lately I don't see any update or fix of some essential things:

  • h1 and best SEO (minify files, a better and cleaned css, async javascript etc)
  • Disable Lightbox images
  • New editor with a better use (shortcodes are awful)
  • More speed. I see the tool getting slower.

I get the impression that they are abandoning the project or they are rewriting all right from the start.
They have proven in the past to be excellent coders. This stop is really very strange.

We will hope a detailed explanation of the developers to these concerns of their users.

They already destroy Artisteer business , now they will destroy their own business & finally may be they sold out this product to any new company & they will charge us few extra $ for new update & subscriptions.

Please do not make the same mistake as with Artisteer.
Customers want information about the latest developments and updates to errors! We pay license fees !!!

I would like someone from your team to answer our answers and reassure us about the future of Themler.

Is it possible to have an agenda with the next update?
See what % tasks are completed?

If you do not answer these questions anyway, it means to tell us that Themelr has no future and it is better to leave it at that.

now news are good news? is this your business case. since november 2016 no news? are you working in the background at a new solution - same case with artisteer to themler?
we pay license fees for no futures? i will search a new solution ins future. sorry

I agree. major bug fixes shuold be released.
If I create any templates for Joomla the Google PageSpeed fails. There are a lot of problems.
In addition the css, js files should be minimized by default and loaded the bottom not in the header.

I was reading this topic and was shocked. Seems like you didnt learn anything. I don`t wanna be mad, but let me be honest.

Communication and transparency should be the most important things for a company. No matter how good a product is, it is only bought and recommended if the customers are satisfied. If this is not your strategy, I must unfortunately tell you that you still have to learn a lot.

I hope that you have something like project management. If this is the case, there will probably be tasks and milestones. And these should be provided with a date. So you only have to take this Gannt chart, and break it with your customers. You have everything, why don't you use it.

If you do not have project management ... I would not have words.

If it is because you are afraid to admit delays, I can take care of you all. Not the delays are a problem, but the lack of communication and information.

Empty promises are the worst. Above all, if you have to read three times exactly the same answer within one month: "The next update should be released approximately within 2 weeks".

Themler, please take these suggestions to heart, learn from them, do not only improve themler, but also your company mentality.

Use the social media, your customers are always online, give your customers insight into progress, goals, delays and show that we are important to you.

Finally, I would like to thank you once again for the work done so far. Please take my words to heart, because I believe I speak in the name of the whole community.
