Dear Support Team,

Hope all of you are well. For a longtime we can not see any new update notice, even don't see any beta update. We can see many member daily arise many issue that need to be fixed or need to bring new feature. What's your planning about new update?

Thank you

Yes AMPLIID that are great and important words.
I'm already wearing the idea of moving back to another product, or working with Adobe.

Hello Themler Team,

Can you tell me how many days = 2 weeks? . If you don't support this product any more like Artisteer then just tell us, we never renew our subscription & move to another similar product. In the market have few alternative of Themler so don't think that you are only company who provide this type of service!!

Thank you

This does not look good , so I am looking for a themler alternative.
It is over 4 weeks ago when I asked a question about when the new update is coming and you guys said 2 weeks , now again you are saying 2 weeks and I bet over 2 weeks you are going to say another 2 weeks.

If there is not a update within this week I will open a paypal dispute and get my money back and invest in a other software.

Has anyone in here found something that is better then themler and is being updated ?
I found this templatetoaster ,but I am not sure if there is anything better.

If anyone has something to recommend please let me know so I can have a look.

I would suggest that we share our experience here with other products similar to Themler because the latter to the air at the stop.

Personally, currently I use Divi de Elegantthemes, which is not a creator but more a "framework" but we can really build different sites, and with some additions of plugins specially designed for Divi, it gives a lot of options .

If ever the Themler team forbids this kind of discussion (which is normal) I would create a page on my site where we can chat.

It's a shame to get there because Themelr is a very good product but without tracking, all you are told is vote for such options, and updates will soon arrive.

We can not work seriously with such communication.

I am at the same point as some of you. Subscription expired, just after the last update. I am at a crossroads as to continue using Themler or not. I have been a user of Artisteer since 2009 and Themler since late 2015. This past year has been a nightmare trying to tame this program, I tend to spend more time working around bugs, fixing code, and waiting on it to forever load (I have finally gotten to a point that I can say I know enough about the inconsistencies to be able to design a website, and know what features to avoid like the plague.) I spent an ungodly amount of time either hitting F5 to refresh what I am working on. At this point it is probably faster to just code wordpress templates from scratch using Dreamweaver. I am giving them one final chance however. Because it has been such a long time since the last update I am hopeful that with the next 'claimed update' there will be a multitude of bug fixes. Themler code is also very sloppy, doesn't validate well against HTML5, has far too many nested containers, poor or non existing container labels. The style.css in wordpress file is pathetically long. It has gotten better over the last six months, but I always had a pit in my stomach when I saw a new update (when I was in the middle of developing a website - and wondering if doing the update is going to break the entire layout with their changes or change the GUI again!) Despite all this you won't find another program out their that can do what Themler does. Two things this program really needed was the ability to view/edit the code/css live to be able to make fixes quickly. So we will see what happens with the next update. I think this update will either make or break Themler as a company. Will it crash and burn, and go bankrupt or will they address the issues the users have been struggling with and come up with a solid product. We will find out soon enough.

Perhaps i am alone in the dark, however for all the haters out there:
I love themler and it works very very well for me!
some times the user and not the tool is the problem. Ever thought that could be the problem?

regards

Mike

Dear Mike,

We are not Themler haters, we also love this tools. But, we are asking for new update. If you are a old & regular user then you already know that last beta update release September 2016 & they mark that update as normal at october & they changed the update date at November & they show the public that last update release at November 2016. You can see already arise many issues & have many wishlists, but there is no update notice from Themler team.

So, now you clear what's our problem?

Thanks
Benjamin Biswas

Dear Linkebel,

You are right. I renew my subscription at last december & just waste my money may be. I spend last year to learn themler & now I have enough skill to use thmler but developer stop to support the product. I already have templatetoaster license but now again need to spend few month to learn this software then I can work with it. But, I think I need to learn hmtl, css, javascript, jquery & php perfectly is better option if I want to continue my career as "Web Designer" . Because this type of software does not have any guarantee when they turn on & when turn off!

Thank you
Benjamin

I think the biggest problem here is that this company has a track record with just stopping development with their Artisteer product without warning. Sure there were telltale signs there if you had the time to view the forum and pay attention but a lot of people just buy the software and expect it to work and have a regular upgrade path.

After floundering for a while I love just how flexible and powerful Themler is even with it's faults and what is really worrying me after only just resubscribing is the requirement for themler to ping their servers to even open let alone save a project. Now they have stated that the servers will remain online even if Themler stops development but for how long and what incentive does a company have to keep servers online for a product they are no longer taking money for? This is a major worry for me as there literally is nothing else that can do what Themler now can without having to spend a huge amount of time learning how to code a theme from scratch.

Communication is essential for any online business, at the very basic level it just show respect for your customer base, This is not cheap software, the top level package is a serious layout for freelancers like myself for something that only does one small part of my workflow and I am really am having to question my business model at the moment and am having a closer look at various ready made theme subscription websites to offer those to clients instead.

Best regards,
Angela

Unfortunately we are all disappointed, Themler had started very well, only the lack of communication kills the product.

I can not tell my clients such bug or such functionality will happen but we do not know when.

I do not create themes for fun, I have accounts to render to my clients.

  • First I want to say I dont expect updates as before, so often, so huge,

  • Second, considering how Artisteer ended you scare customers.
Communicate with them and dont be quiet. Adobe can afford itself missing update for even 1 year. You cannot, when everyone knows how Artisteer ended.
