Subscription run out

My Themler business subscription has run out on the 31.12.2016. Can the subscription be extended(lengthened) and can the updates be downloaded up to 31.12.2016 without lengthening?

Hi,

Now you can not apply any updates, but you can use the application in your current version. The cost of the update can be seen on the http://themler.com/Purchase page. Press the Upgrade button near the current subscription on the top and the prices in the table below will be reduced.

Hello, Hella,
the licence number for Artisteer and Themler is not accepted. I have used this licence number on the 11/27/2015 for an Upgrade. The Invoice number of the Upgrades is: 255321
Please, around support

You are trying to update the subscription? You do not need to use the Artisteer license key again. Simply press the Upgrade button on the top of the http://themler.com/Purchase page and the prices in the table below will be reduced.
