Hi
I create my HTML website and i want to add it to Google Search Console to appear when searching in google, So where can i add the html tag for verification?

You can add sitewide head tags in the settings tab. Or you can add them on a page by page basis in Page Properties.

For your verification I would recommend creating a Google Analytics account and insert the tracking code sitewide in the Settings Additional HEAD HTML then when creating the Google Search Console property you can verify it with the GA Code instead. Otherwise add the GSC meta tag instead.
