Mac installation problem

Hi,
i have a problem installing themler on my mac but it wont start
i have disabled the control in the security section that allows me to install also unattended third party software, thank the software is loaded as a virtual volume.
when i click on the themler icon it don't start.
what can i do?

Hello,

Are there any error messages? Please make sure Themler is installed into the Application directory and all other settings mentioned in this article match:
