Here ist the Link of my side:

When you click in the menu "Test" there is an anchor to go to the article unter the picture with the child!
But it doesn't run.

but I have only set anchors in the articles of joomla. You can see it in the attachment. When I have done this in joomla, I
have to set the anchors with Themler too? I was advised how to cofigure the menu over joomla to use anchors. Or I have only activated "Bootstrap ScrollSpy Plugin" in Themler?

Hi,

You need to activate the ScrollSpy plug-in in Themler for sure. Also you need to be sure that Joomla editor adds the anchors correctly with the correct names. The correct anchor syntax you can find in the instruction I have posted before.
