How do I setup Yoast Plugin for Wordpress for SEO for my website?

The problem of Yoast and Themler are the shortcodes created by the Themler Editor.
Yoast does not recognize like code and it makes wrong seo tips and readability features.

I don't think this is limited to Themler as I have the same problem on several websites with the Beaver Builder page builder plugin.
