Offsite Menu Link

Ok for all who would like to know the answer to this I figured it out:
1) create a New Page
2) Select the Properties value from the Pages dropdown on the left side bar
3) In the Properties section which will pop up to the right side of your screen
a) change the Title to the name you want in the menu
b) repeat with Head Title
c) repeat with Navigation Label
d) Look down below the Show in Horizontal Menu and Show in Vertical Menu options and add the HTML to the Custom URL and I recommend you select Target to Blank

This should then add an offsite link to another website that will pop-up a in a new window.

You can add an off-site link to your WordPress menu. The option is there, but it's just not very obvious at first glance. To do this, go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to Appearance > Menus. On the left-hand side, you’ll see a section called Custom Links. Click on it, then paste your external URL in the field.
