Font size question?

Hey,

Something I've been thinking about for a long time is, according to this site: PX To EM If I put my base font size to 16px then I should put my (paragraph) to 100% Am I not right? I want to use (EM) or (%) for my font in order to get the best out of my responsive design. Anyway, When I do this, then the text shrinks very much, can I get some help regarding this?

in fact any unit may be used. It depends on certain situation.
