I have been using Artisteer a couple of years ago and it was very easy
I trusted that this new product was at least as easy as the Artisteer
But it does not work and documentation is very poor, I can no longer waste so much time (already spent one week !!!!)
I'm just willing to build my own site and I'm not a professional
I thought that I was buying a good and easy to use program but this is not true
I'm asking for a refund

Themler demands CSS/HTML knowledge to know what all options mean. Artisteer did not demand this.

Sorry, but this "most powerful theme designer in the planet" was supposed to be running without CSS/HTML knowledge, as shown in your deceiving videos.

You should warn your customers that they will need CSS/HTML knowledge if they want to use it: I did not see that in your website.

Maybe you could transfer my payment to an Artisteer license ?

Try Customizr framework, or similar. When you spend theirs handfull of snippets it is the end. No more clicking, use manual coding to continue.

If they said it, then they are lying. I mean can be true, but you multiply your time spent to learn it by 10-100. Much guessing and relying on feeling.

Dear all,

I persist and I sign: Themler product is sold as a "code free" template generator and this is a scam.
This product is extremely difficult to use and the result is poor compared to some other free products.
As soon as I decided to switch to another free product, my website was developed very quickly and with understandable and easy to maintain articles.

I'm still waiting for a reaction of some responsible people from the sales team ....

Usually we do not offer refunds because we offer an unlimited product trial version to make sure that our customers make an informed purchase decisions, while helping us avoid time and expense of processing refunds.
We recommend that you do not purchase products that do not meet your needs but evaluate the free evaluation version like everyone else.
However, we want all our customers to be happy and we always resolve technical issues promptly. I'd recommend that you submit new private topic where describe your issues and we'll help to solve them.

Thanks for your answer, I do appreciate but do not agree.

Your product trial version is not unlimited as you said because we only can save projects in HTML and not with Joomla or WordPress.

I could see that it seems working in HTML and then I purchased the business version, hoping that I could easily develop my website with Joomla...

When I saw how difficult it was with Joomla I still tried during a couple of days and I found out that Themler was behaving in a very unsual and strange way. After one week I switched to some other free Joomla thems and add-ons and could develop our website very easily.

This is the reason why I say that this product is a real scam.

In fact, I was an old Artisteer user and satisfied with it.
As my license was too old, I wanted to purchase a new one for our new site.
I clicked on your advertisement and was automatically redirected to Themler.
I thought it was an evolution of Artisteer and after a short trial (in HTML as it is not possible to save in Joomla in demo mode) I purchased...

Terrible mistake : I lost 1 week and 159 USD !!!

I challenge you to develop quickly something really usable in Joomla as you said in you advertisement !

This is just impossible and for such reason I still claim for a refund.

This is not for the money but for the principle.

I was wondering if is there any chance to get a refund, honestly its so frustrated to work with this software, I've been trying to do a simple joomla template and its really crazy how difficult is it.

I spent about 5 hours fighting with the top menu because it disappears every time I do any chance in the template, sometimes dissapears in the software and others in the server.
Also I gave up to change the background because I couldn't find how to do it, every time I tried, I just got changed the container background but I wanted to change the canvas (page) background.

I used to work with Artisteer and I really LOVED it now I'm so sad with this software.

I Love Artisteer I've been using it since 2018 and never had a problem until I tried to export and huge site with it and it crashes with the xml. But, I was under the impression the Artisteer Themes could be exported into Themler, and find out they cannot. Then I find out I am subscribed to a service and not purchased the actual software and has an expiration date??? I will get a refund if I have to do a charge back with my bank. This is a faulty way to get people to purchase something and it's not at all working as described, and or advertised.
