Hi,
I have a problem with the export to ZIP file. The former versions were okay, but the newer one is just a 13Byte file. There are no WP file in it, just a cpgz file?

So I tried the workaround - copying the files manually from the Themler directory, but this is not what I see in Themler. So I am desperate now.

Hello,

Do you use Themler for Windows or Mac? Please note that the themes stored in folders like C:\ProgramData\Themler\hd_data\themler_xxxxxxxxx\wordpress do not contain content - only a theme, that is why some difference can be visible.

New problem:
There are two files when I open Themler:

The preview on the right site is what I want, but all I get is the view on the left side.
Are all my changes lost?

Hello,

At the moment can you access any of your themes to export? If yes:
1. Please try temporarily disabling antivirus and firewall and also add-ons for the Safari browser on your computer and try to run Themler once again and export the theme.
2. If the error still appears, please try saving to a different location, like Desktop.
3. Try to export with "Include Content" option enabled/disabled. Is there any difference?

If this does not help, please try to open it through a browser using the link like this one (the numbers replaced with XXXXXXXXXX are individual and are the same that are in the folder with themes):
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/
Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export. Please let us know the result.

first of all thank you.
After re-installing I have access (again). I have an older version, so unfortunately a few hours of work are lost...
Regarding the export: it works if I use the browser, but again no working zip file with Themler for desktop.
By the way, I also wondered why there is a newer software version in all the videos. For example, I can't "export to Billion Themes". Is that only the Windows version?

Hello Sabine,

Please try exporting all the themes (if you want - with content - there is "Include Content" box). Check if all the archives are complete. Then please try completely reinstalling Themler, also check the "Remove all CMS Content" box at the stage of uninstallation. Then temporarily disable antivirus and firewall and download and install the latest version for Mac from our website.
Regarding the version mentioned in most of videos - it is the older version. Now it is not possible, to save to the cloud, but it is possible, to export the theme and install it on your host.
