Hi,

since 3 Days I am trying to export my new theme but the exported zip file is 0 KB and if I open it I get second 0 KB zip file.

What should I do??

I had the same Problem before 3 Months and I solved it by refreshing my theme or restarting Themler but now I tried many times but no way.

Thanks

Hello,

Please try the following:
1. Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall and try to export.
2. Temporarily disable the add-ons for the Safari browser.
3. Try saving to a different location like Desktop.
Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hello,

Please try to open it through a browser using the link like this one (the numbers replaced with XXXXXXXXXX are individual and are the same that are in the folder with themes, at the bottom of the Theme Management screen when you choose some CMS):
http://127.0.0.1:12080/themler_XXXXXXXXXX/startup/

Try different browsers like Safari, Firefox, Chrome and to export. Please let us know the result.

Sincerely,
Nettie,

Hello,

Thanks, it's works 100% from the first try, but I used the Live review link and I changed the link end to /startup/ because the (127.0.0.1:12080) are not the same in my Themler.

Hello,

Thanks for letting us know so this will work as a temporary solution. For the future, you may try also to export all the themes in this way to backup them (please make sure to check the box "Include Themler" on export), and then completely reinstall Themler with antivirus and firewall temporarily disabled. In the process of uninstalling also check the box to "Remove all CMS content" if there is any.
