Hello Jake,
The fact is that we could not reproduce the issue withthe latest update of Themler. So it can be related to some other applications or some system-related changes or third-party applications.
Try updating Themler to the latest Beta.
Meanwhile, we would recommend to use the way of running Themler in a browser, at least for export.
