Dears,
I'm designing a wordpress site, and I tried to configure the site to send email by using "Easy WP SMTP".
I configured the plugin by using hotmail and gmail smtp servers and tried to send a test email but it's give me an error "SMTP connect() failed.", what I have to do to make it working ?

Hi,

Please try it with the default WP theme to see if the issue is related to the Themler theme.

I tried it with new wrdpress installation and it works.
I did some changes on the configuration and new message appears "Extension missing: openssl"

Hello Samer,
the reported error is related to PHP and server settings, but not to the theme. Please follow this article http://www.codescafe.com/how-to-fix-the-issue-openssl-extension-is-missing-in-the-right-way/

Dear Aileen,
I didn't published the website on any server yet, I'm using the PHP, Apache and mysql within the Themler setup.

I found php.ini and I removed the comment on the line extension=php_openssl.dll and restart the apache server from windows services.

The same error is appears.

Hello Samer,
I suppose that this is configuration issue and it does not related to the theme. Please activate one of default WP themes now and test sending email. In case the error persists please look for solution at WP related forums. Or contact your hosting administrator about the error.
