The background color should be specified for the Section. Open the Default template and add Section Background

Hi,

Could you please provide the information related to this question directly in this case as your other case is quite long.
Also if the default template is disabled, please follow the instructions on how to enable it:

Hi,
The problem is that when someone subscribe for newletter the page changes white.
Themlerhelpdesk told me to go to section and change 'home' to 'default and there change the background to green like the homepage.
(see ticket 116848 avout section background color)

When changing to 'default' i recieve an error (see attach)
So i can't use the help i received from your helpdesk.

Is this more clear to help me ?

Thanks a lot
Alain

Hello Alain,
thank you for details. In fact it is not error.
In some cases the templates are not detected smoothly due to some Joomla specific options. To access the Default template you need to open one of pages which is based on Default template. In your theme to access Default template you need to fill the Register form directly in Themler and click Register button.

Or create special page which would be based on Default template (following the article http://answers.themler.com/articles/36343/how-to-work-with-templates-in-joomla-themes#default_template). Then create a temporary link somewhere at Home page which points to that page. Open it in Themler and change the background color.

regards,
Aileen
