Images not downloading

Hi,

I can't seem to get clipart images to download into the theme in Themler. When I click APPLY, the page seems to try to log me in even though I'm already logged in, but it doesn't succeed and it looping around to the login window infinitely.

Have you any ideas as to what might cause this?

I tried several, but one example was a horse riding icon #1018154.

The attached screen shot is what appears....only for a second and then disappears again for a few seconds, and then tries to load again.

Hello Owen,
please try to log in in themler.com before starting Themler.
Please disable browser extensions for example in Chrome and try to download images again. Let us know the results.

Hi Aileen,

I've tried that, but no success. I disabled all Chrome extensions and logged into Themler.com before I opened Themler.

Any other ideas?

Please try the following:
1. Clear cache:

2. Clear AppCache. Use Chrome browser for this:

3. If the issue persists, please try disabling third-party CMS plugins and components on the website and let us know if the issue is still present.

Hi,

I am facing the same issue, when i try to change a picture and then go to ClipArt section and download or apply a photo then the appication gets crazy and keeps on opening and closing a blank window and the photo is never downloaded or applied.. This issue is really annoying and I cannot progress in my work. Please provide a quick solution for it.

Please make sure that you are downloading the free images only. You have the Personal subscription that includes the free images only. You can see it in the table here:

Sorry for the incorrect display of the error message. It should mean that you are trying to download images not included into your subscription. You have Themler Personal and there only Free Photos are included.
